What happens after we place you.

We run a structured program that keeps the placement on track,
for the candidate and the business, weighted into the first ninety days where it matters most.

A booked check-in, from day one.

From the first week, both sides have a standing check-in with me, booked in from day one.

No waiting for anyone to remember to reach out.

It is dense early, while alignment matters most, and eases off as the placement settles.

The point is presence, not pestering.

Dense early, then it spaces out.

When How often
First month Weekly
Months 2 to 3 Every 2 weeks
Months 4 to 6 Monthly
Months 7 to 12 Quarterly
Year 2 and on Twice a year, for good

Every check-in is about the placement.

These are not status calls.

Each one is about whether the placement is working: what is going really well, and what is starting to drift while it is still cheap to fix.

Anything off, both sides hear it from me early.

Anything going well, we build on it.

That is the whole job.

We are not there to tell people things they already know better than us.

Is it working? What's going well What's starting to drift Caught early Both sides to the deal

We hold both sides to the deal.

The candidate was sold a role and a path.

The business was sold a person who would deliver.

We map a development plan in the first fortnight and track against it, so the performance on one side and the training, exposure and progression on the other actually happen.

We do not take sides. We hold the agreement.

You are in our network for good.

The cadence tapers, the relationship does not.

Long after the placement has settled, both sides have a direct line to us.

That is the whole point of doing this properly.

Thinking about who looks after your people after the hire?

If that kind of follow-through is what you
have been missing from a recruiter, let's have a chat.
