Most recruiters in this space play a numbers game. Fire out a stack of CVs, hope one sticks, take the fee, move on.
We were built on the opposite idea.
A broker, credit analyst or ops manager isn't a vacancy to fill. They're a big call that shapes your book and your culture for years.
So we take on a handful of briefs at a time and do them properly. We work out what the real problem is before we put a single person forward, we get to know good people long before they're on the market, and we're honest with everyone about whether the fit is actually there.
What you end up with is a hire who sticks. The kind you stop thinking about, because they're just getting on with it.
Do that a few times and something nice happens.
We stop being the people you ring when a seat opens up, and start being the people you bring into the bigger conversations:
- how to grow,
- how to structure things,
- who to back next.
That's really the whole point of it.
