Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
FinTalent is committed to a recruitment process everyone can take part in. If you have a disability, a health condition, or any access need, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments at every stage, so you are assessed on your ability to do the role and nothing else.
During the application
We want it to be easy to apply in whatever way works for you. We can:
- Take your application and details by phone, email or video call rather than a form.
- Provide role information in an alternative format on request.
- Give you extra time, or break the process into steps that suit you.
- Help you with anything you find difficult, or let a support person help you.
During interviews and meetings
When we arrange interviews, with us or with a client, we can:
- Hold them by video, phone or in person, whichever suits you best.
- Make sure any in-person meeting is at an accessible location.
- Arrange interpreters, captioning or a support person.
- Adjust the timing or length, and where it helps, share the questions or topics in advance.
- Pass on and advocate for your adjustment needs through the client's own process.
On our website
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level, and we keep working to improve. If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us and we will help and fix it.
How to ask for an adjustment, and who to contact
You do not need to share any more about your circumstances than you are comfortable with, and anything you do share is handled in confidence (see our Privacy Policy for how we look after your information). To request an adjustment, or for any access question at all, contact Joe Shephard directly:
- Email: joe@fintalent.com.au
- Phone: +61 412 053 885
We would always rather you asked than went without.
